    BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS


    • • Payments: all payments should be made in cash or manager’s check to TAKION Inc. A 50% reservation shall not be considered binding until payment of the required deposit has been performances shall be allowed until full payment received by Takion Inc.

      • Transfer. The lessee may not assign its obligations under this agreement to a third party without prior written permission by the Tiu Theater

      • Entire Agreement. This Agreement represents the entirety of the agreements between the parties and supersedes any previous oral or written agreements, negotiations, and commitments with respect to the same subject matter. Any future changes, revisions, or amendments hereto shall be subject to the mutual agreement of both parties and the same shall be reduced into writing shall be an integral part of this agreement.

      • Enforceability of Remaining Provisions. If any one or more of the provisions of this Agreement shall become invalid, void, illegal or unenforceable by operation of law, the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be impaired provided that these could stand alone regardless of the unenforceability of the other provisions.

      • Venue. Parties agree to file actions to assert their rights under this agreement exclusively and only in the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila.

      • Effectivity. This Agreement shall be valid and in effect from date of the signing and execution thereof by the parties, and shall subsist unless terminated pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement or upon full compliance by the parties with all their obligations under this agreement.
